What you need besides Foliary: a Voxer Pro account. Voxer's integrations are not available on the free plan. That is the whole stack — Voxer Pro plus $50/month, and you create no other accounts. No OpenAI key, no cloud console, no database.
Fair use: 2,500 minutes of voice a month, about 40 hours. Text messages do not count. Almost nobody reaches this — the heaviest coach we run, with around a hundred clients, uses about two thirds of it. If you do go over we will contact you and offer a higher plan; we will not pause transcription without telling you first.

Before you buy
The people you talk to should know you use Foliary, and we make it easy for you to tell them.
Foliary is a separate company from Voxer. The app gives you a short note to send on Voxer and a line for your client agreement. Anyone who would rather not be captured can talk to you in a Voxer Private Chat, which Voxer does not currently send to Foliary. Some places treat voice recordings more strictly than text; if you are not sure, get advice before you connect.
Not for regulated health data.
Foliary is not HIPAA-certified and we will not sign a Business Associate Agreement. If your conversations carry protected health information, this is not the product for you.
Designed for US privacy and data laws.
Foliary is designed for US privacy and data laws, and your conversations are stored and processed in the United States. It has not been assessed against the laws of any other country. If you are outside the United States, read the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement before you buy, and make sure Foliary meets the requirements where you are.
Questions
Does it capture my old conversations?
Not by itself — Foliary starts from the moment you connect it. But you can ask Voxer for a copy of your history by emailing privacy@voxer.com. When it arrives, send it to us and we will import what they send. Importing the text is free. Transcribing the voice messages is an extra charge, and we will tell you what it is before we start.
Can I use it with a free Voxer account?
No. Voxer only offers integrations on Pro and above.
Who can read my conversations?
You, and the AI tools you connect. If you report a technical problem, we will ask your permission to access conversations related to the issue. We never use your conversations to train AI models, and neither do our providers.
Can I keep a conversation out of Foliary?
Yes — use a Voxer Private Chat. Voxer does not currently send Private Chats to Foliary, so nothing in one is captured. Notes to yourself are never captured either. Every regular conversation is.
What if I cancel?
Your data stays available for 30 days so you can export it, then it is deleted.
Is Foliary part of Voxer?
No. Foliary is an independent product made by Belim & Co. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Voxer; it connects through the integration Voxer offers on its Pro plans.
Is the transcription perfect?
No. It is good, and it is wrong sometimes, and you can help it. Before Foliary transcribes a voice message, it tells the transcription three things you control: who the message is from or to, by the name on your Conversations tab; whether they are a client, teammate, partner or mentor; and what you wrote on the Your business tab — your programs, offers and the words of your field. That makes names and your own words more likely to come out right. Check anything that matters against the original, which is still in Voxer.
